  • To allow pumping moms to have appropriate accommodations during the bar exam

  • To allow women to bring their own menstrual products to the bar exam

WHAT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS & GUIDELINES WILL BE ENFORCED?

We're requiring all guests, vendors, and sponsors who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine under CDC guidelines to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending the conference.

We are monitoring the changing public health landscape closely for further developments in the days and weeks ahead, and will be sure to communicate in a timely manner if any further changes are deemed necessary.

Will Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits be available? 

Yes! We’re working with state Bar Associations to secure CLE accreditation for all states our registered participants practice in. CLE credit is currently pending in FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA

ARE HOTEL BLOCKS AVAILABLE NEARBY?

YES! We currently have group rates at the Moxy Louisville Downtown and the Hilton Home2 Suites in downtown nulu.

Will childcare be provided on site? 

Yes! LODGIC WORKPLACE HAS a licensed childcare provider on site, able to provide “Kids Camp” style programming for children ages 12 months to 12 years throughout the conference. Will a nursing room be provided on site? 

YES! WE’RE PROUD TO PROVIDE COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE SPACE ON SITE FOR NURSING MOTHERS.
